THE PAPER IS ALREADY WRITTEN. ALL I NEED IS A REVISION TO IT. BELOW ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS SO YOU KNOW WHAT THE PAPER SHOULD HAVE IN IT, AND CAN IDENTIFY IS ANYTHING IS MISSING.
Original Instructions
Stage 2: Draft the introduction of your term paper. This should include a brief review of the literature (specifically how the theory has been used in previous research) and a thesis. If you select option 1, you should include a description of what methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, observations, textual analysis) you would use to investigate the phenomenon. This stage of the paper should be approximately 4-6 pages long. This paper will be evaluated based upon the author’s effort to develop their paper beyond the first stage to include a review of the literature, which attempts to summarize, analyze, and synthesize research related to the theory selected. In this stage of the paper, accurate use of APA will also be evaluated.
4-6 pages
FEEDBACK TO IMPLEMENT
This is a decent start. I have a few recommendations for developing this paper. You will need to extend all sections of the paper, specifically, expand the intro to include some explainnation for why this theory, the literature needs to then be tied to this goal and expanded, finally the critique will need expanding as well. You will need to also write about the theory in your own words more and offer more explanations and examples of your own, especially as it relates to the theory. Just to give you an idea, right now this would be a B-range paper, but could drop to a C range if the areas described above are not addressed.
Be sure to check and closely follow APA style guide throughout your paper.
Make clear at some point before you get into your literature review why we are talking/reading about cognitive dissonance? Give the reader some context for the topic.
“two cognitive components” describe what these are in your own words. it’s one way for me to assess your understanding of the concept and for your

Find a journal article on the strategy that you have selected and write a one-page summary of the article. It is strongly recommended that you use the UNO Library’s online databases to locate a suitable article. Do not use pop-psychology articles or summaries from websites.
Write a paragraph or so explaining why you decided on this coping strategy/relaxation technique and identify the stressor that you will be working on.
Write a short paragraph (5–8 sentences) for each of the times (minimum of four (4) times) you apply the strategy, explaining how you applied the strategy and how it worked out.
Write a final reflection (around two pages long) on your overall experience of applying the chosen coping strategy/relaxation technique. What changes to your stress level have your noticed with the regard to the identified stressor? How did the selected strategy help you cope better with the stressor? How has it not helped? What could you have done differently? How could you use this coping strategy for other stressors in your life?
Make sure to include the following items in your submission: (a) your pre- and post-assessments, (b) your rationale for selecting the chosen coping/relaxation strategy and a description of the identified stressor, (c) your journal entries for the four or more times you appli ed your chosen coping/relaxation strategy, (d) your final reflection on your overall experience doing this exercise, and (e) the journal article summary. Tooled Reflection 2, parts 1 & 2′
same as the first submission, but with more acuity, this “tooled reflection” is your opportunity to improve your communication “tools,” as presented in the textbook. The full assignment is detailed below. Remember to focus on just one of the four topics {(1) perception, (2) expectations, (2) diversity and/or discrimination, (3) conflict or (4) emotion.} in your reflection.
Feel free to reflect on a different relationship than you did in your first tooled reflection.
THIS submission is #1 and #2 only, as stated in the assignment below…
Tooled Reflections (2×25 in stages. 50 total). These reflections are your opportunity to reflect upon how you could have been more competent in an emotionally charged exchange, as related to the four topics below. Utilize the textbook as if it were a tool-set upon which you can draw to improve your communication. For this assignment choose one of the following four topics:
(1) perception, (2) expectations, (2) diversity and/or discrimination, (3) conflict or (4) emotion.
Write two separate reflections (twice, in stages), addressing the following elements:
1- a brief description of your relationship and the specific situation.
2- the textbook passage that has or will better equip you to communicate more effectively
3- your reflections on your role in the difficult situation
4- how you would choose to handle this or a similar situation next time, with specific examples.
