Nursing Research & Evidence-Based Practice Module 4 Individual Case Study Discus

Nursing Research & Evidence-Based Practice
Module 4 Individual Case Study Discussion Questions Part 2 We are looking at data analysis, evidence-based practice and quality improvement during this module. There are many resources to use to assist us in improving the quality of care. These resources contain data that we must analyze. We also know from QSEN that case studies are a way of providing in-depth evidence-based discussion of clinical topics that can be used to guide practice.
For this assignment, you will develop/write/invent a case study that will demonstrate a nurse incurring a problem and using aninnovation(s) to improve patient care. So think of this as the reverse of how things would normally go….problem incurred, case study evolves….then finding the literature, the experts, the EBP to improve quality.
Instead you have the research and innovation to fix or improve the problem but not the case that initiated the whole cascade towards quality improvement.
There are several innovations to look at in the literature and EBP, so choose something you are interested in, get creative in developing your real life scenario or case.Use scholarly research/references to assist you in creating your case study. For this assignment you MUST create your own case study, do not copy and paste one found on the internet or you will receive a zero. 1. Beyond writing your case study, please
2. State the innovation being used, and the
3. Problem you are trying to fix.

1. How does the introduction set up the essay’s argument? Is the argument/claim clearly articulated in the thesis? Does the intro provide relevant background info, which helps to establish the why for the essay (as in: why are we talking about this topic, anyway?)?
2. Is the essay organized according to the outline I provided (intro, summaries, reasons/evidence, conclusion)? Has the writer used transitional words and phrases that highlight the structure and order of their argument?
3. Is the essay’s argument clear? What are the specific reasons and evidence given in support of the claim outlined in the thesis? What questions do you have about the essay’s argument, or what could be clearer?
4. How is the writer indicate when they are using ideas from the sources? Does the essay make frequent use of signal phrases? Is it clear that the ideas being summarized and paraphrased are not the student writer’s ideas? Is the writer relying mostly on paraphrase? How could the synthesis be stronger?
5. How well has the student writer synthesized the ideas from their sources? Are there many places where you see all voices (both authors + the student writer) working together to support the argument? Are there places where the student writer indicates how ideas from the sources compare, overlap, contradict, agree, etc.? Explain.
6. Suggest 3 specific things the writer should focus on as they revise and continue to write.
Most importantly, before you post your feedback, ask yourself these questions: Did I give specific, detailed feedback that will help the author revise their essay? If I got this feedback in response to my own paper, would it help me move forward? Did I contribute new ideas to the collective feedback this essay has received or did I just repeat what others have already said?

Communism, socialism, and capitalism (will also be referred to as free markets)

Communism, socialism, and capitalism (will also be referred to as free markets) are popular terms used on many social media platforms but do people really know the difference or what they are? How much do you know about economic systems like communism, socialism, and capitalism? Go on an explorative inquiry and see what you discover regarding economic systems. Please cite your sources.
What are the 3 key economic questions?
Define communism and what countries have adopted this system either current or historic.
Define socialism and what countries have adopted this system either current or historic.
Define capitalism (free markets) and what countries have adopted this system either current or historic.
In your search is there any country that is purely a communist, socialist, or capitalist country? If so, please share. If not, please share why not.
We learned in the first class that we study economics because of scarcity (limited amount of resources that meet our unlimited needs and wants). Though this may seem like a simple concept, keep in mind that there are billions of scarce resources that produce everything we consume from bread, hand sanitizers, refrigerators, smart phones, and automobiles. And someone and something must determine what is going to be produced, how it’s going to be produced, and how the price of each good or service? Think of your car. Some questions should pop up in your head like “How was a car made?” and “What did it take to make that car?”. Obviously, we think about assembly lines but look at the unseen of all the millions of resources and steps that had to take place to get to the assembly line. Or take a trip to your local grocery store, which is stocked with 50,000 different goods. What did it take to get them all there? To that end, please answer the following questions using the 3 key economic questions (What will be produced? How will it be produced? and How will the output society produces be distributed?) for each economic system.Communism

Below is an example of referencing your own experiences when writing in third person:
As a student of the business course MGT 475 (Leadership in Organizations), this author was assigned to a group. Consisting of four students, this group created a website for incoming students who attend the course program at SDSU. The step of submitting to group desires was quite hard for the author of this paper because of the desire to reach the self-set goals and did not want to give up the invested time and money. However, all team members decided to invest more effort and more activity to get a satisfactory result.
Remember that the paper should not present questions then answer them, as in a short answer format. It should be written as a narrative, a story where each paragraph should be description of the topics addressed by the questions.i have posted my third party selection services
